Pat and Miriam and their Nephew Ciaran manage the farm in Ballinamult, Co Waterford and the farm is registered as PMC Dairy Farm. Pat has been farming since 1976 and the family has owned the land for over 200 years. Their partnership with Ciaran was established in 2015. As part of this, they incorporated an existing dry-stock farm into the already established dairy farm. As part of the conversion of the dry stock farm they put in place new roadways, water systems and reseeded paddocks to grow the farm. The extended farm build also allowed for office facilities to be build on site which is very convenient. Ciaran and Pat believe in having full solid plans in place and to review them every six to twelve months building a seamless transition for future succession plans.
