This Farm has been in Furney family for 44 years, and Else Furney and Michael Hayes have been working together on this farm for 32 years. Michael is the Farm Manager, with the help of Tom Chambers (Assistant manager), Simon Furney & Sean Hayes. Michael’s advice to young dairy farmers is to keep your finger on the pulse, pay attention to detail and considering partnerships. He is passionate that we need to make farming attractive to younger people. Michael believes by continuing to improving on what they do, will define the future success of this farm.
